Just two blocks from Bartram Beach, it’s an ideal spot for a relaxed family gathering or a couples’ escape. Step inside and experience a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. This beach home, built in 1910, features a classic beach house layout and has been thoughtfully remodeled in 2019 to preserve its original charm. Unwind with evening drinks on the front porch, or make your way to the backyard to grill and relax under the cozy string lights in our inviting deck-and-turf yard. Whether you're here for the beach, restaurants, casinos, or visiting loved ones, you’ll enjoy a memorable stay with endless amenities and activities for all! THE KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, bakeware, baking sheets, cupcake pan, barbecue utensils, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and crock pot. It’s stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, children's dinnerware, mugs, utensils, and more. *We provide salt and pepper, and leave behind some seasonings and oils for your cooking needs. What we love most about our home is the feeling it gives you the moment you walk in, like Summer has officially started. Even in the Winter, this is a very cozy home. It’s warm, relaxed, and full of character. Built in 1910, it still holds so much of its original charm, but we’ve lovingly updated it to make it comfortable for modern life. We especially love mornings on the front porch with a cup of coffee and evenings grilling in the backyard under the string lights while the kids play on the turf. The layout is spacious enough for everyone to gather around the dining table or find a quiet nook for some downtime. And being just two blocks from the beach? That never gets old...there’s something magical about being able to grab a towel, a chair, a drink, and be at the water in five minutes. It’s the kind of house where memories stick with laughter in the kitchen, sandy feet on the porch, and late-night card games around the table. That’s what we love most! It invites you to slow down, soak it in, and just enjoy being together.

• Fireplace is non-functioning & for show only. • A spiral staircase leads to the loft, which might not be suitable for young children. • The home features a Jack and Jill bathroom, accessible only from two adjoining bedrooms. • A whole-room dehumidifier is located in the basement and will operate intermittently throughout your stay. • Outdoor security cameras for added safety and peace of mind • For late arrivals, please notify us to ensure we can accommodate your needs seamlessly. • No pets under any circumstance due to severe allergies. • The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay. For adult groups, all guests must be 25 years or older. • We provide essential supplies in moderation, with the quantities available on-site set for your stay. If you require additional supplies, you will be responsible for obtaining them.
